Hi, I’m Kim Belisle. I’ve been in real estate since the 90’s, and I still get excited about it — the houses, the people, the stories, all of it. I’m the kind of agent who answers the phone, tells you the truth, and keeps things moving without making it stressful. Buying and selling can feel like a lot, so I try to make it feel simple, clear, and honestly fun.

I’m originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, and I moved to Wisconsin in 2016. My husband Milo (Organic Valley) and I have five kids, and now we’re lucky enough to have three grandkids — Mara, Logan, and Brody (the baby!). When I’m not working, I’m either outside in my garden, hanging out with my friends, or out on the lake with Milo soaking up our downtime.

Over the years, I’ve helped people through every kind of move you can imagine — upsizing, downsizing, relocating, first-time buying, selling after decades in the same home… you name it. I’m big on communication, and I’m even bigger on doing things the right way. You’ll always know what’s happening, what your options are, and what I recommend — and I’ll never pressure you into something that doesn’t feel right.

I also know this area really well and I’m proud of the work I’ve done here. I’ve sold homes all over Central Wisconsin, and I love helping clients find the right fit — whether that’s a place close to town, a little more land, or something near the water where you can actually enjoy weekends. Every home has a story, and I love being part of the next chapter.
